All part-time and full-time colleagues are eligible for benefits (.5 FTE or above). Coverage begins on your first day of employment! You will have 30 days after your start date to sign up for benefits! However, it is important that you sign up as soon as possible to ensure you receive your insurance cards quickly. The benefit task will be the final onboarding task for you to complete in Workday if you are eligible for benefits.
