Our HR Service Center is available to assist you with signing your offer letter and completing your pre-employment tasks in Workday. They can be reached at 1-877-750-4748, press option 3.
Trinity Information Services (TIS) is available to assist with any network or login issues after you are hired into our system! They can be reached at 1-888-667-3003.
Surface Lot Parking is $6/pay and Garage Parking is $18/pay.
The MOC garage is reserved for staff with years of tenure with the hospital.
The process for garage parking is as follows:
- 1st Required to utilize the Willow St. garage when signing up for a garage space. (regardless of tenure)
- Staff requesting a garage space will be added to our waiting list based on their tenure with the hospital.
- When spaces become available in the Willow St. garage we will pull names off the waiting list.
- MOC is only offered when spaces become available.
- This is determined by the employee hire date and the number of available spaces that can be offered.
- The staff that is already utilizing the Willow St. garage are ranked by hire date and if we have 5 spaces available we will e-mail the 1st 5 Willow St. users based on tenure and so on.
- If they would like to transfer to the MOC we will move them and then add 5 staff to the Willow St. garage.
- There may be staff in the MOC that have less tenure than someone else but they may have been offered an MOC space based on already being in the Willow St. garage.
