How to Contact us

Spiritual Care Ministry is part of patient care and is available seven days a week
24 hours a day.

We can be accessed in a variety of ways:
 

8:00 AM – 4.00 PM

Call our office at 315.448.5116, or

Ask nurse or doctor to submit a referral on EPIC, or

Speak directly with Chaplain to request a visit

You are welcome to drop by the Spiritual Care Office on the first floor

between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (Monday-Friday).
 

4:00 PM – 8:00 AM

For immediate assistance for urgent needs, please contact the patient’s nurse for a referral to the hospital Administrative Coordinator.
