My St. Joseph's
St. Joseph's Health has transitioned to a new patient portal – Trinity Health MyChart – to better meet your needs. Any new information from visits to a St. Joseph's Health doctor’s office or hospital from March 18, 2023 and beyond, including prescription refills, visit notes and lab results, will now be in your new MyChart patient portal.
You will continue to be able to view your old data in your My St.Joseph’s account. Your providers will always have access to your historical medical data.
You can still access your historical medical and billing information for visits prior to March 18, 2023 from our previous patient portal, My St. Joseph's. However, you will only be able to view and read the information; you will not be able to communicate with your provider and no new information will be added.
