I live in Utica and met Dr. Deshmane at a pain management seminar. I was impressed by his demeanor and became very interested in robotic surgery. At the time, he was performing surgeries at a hospital less than 1.5 miles from my home.I had been a patient of a well-known orthopedic surgeon in Utica for four years, yet I never met or saw him in person. During those four years, all of my treatments, including injections, were performed by a nurse practitioner. I had planned to undergo knee replacement surgery with him, but after considerable thought and carefully weighing my options, I decided to schedule a consultation with Dr. Deshmane.Imagine my disappointment when I learned that he had left Utica and relocated to Syracuse, requiring a 50-mile drive.After meeting Dr. Deshmane and the staff at the Fayetteville office, I was very impressed by everyone’s professionalism and friendliness. They have all been eager to help and willing to answer any questions or concerns I may have. I have spoken with Laci and Elizabeth several times, and both have been extremely helpful.

Dr. Deshmane is a miracle worker. He repaired my shattered shoulder, is the most caring, concerned and compassionate doctor I have ever met. He treats you like family and is always there for you when needed. His is an absolute gem and wonderful surgeon.
