He is very good at listening and verifying info that I submit. He takes time to explain thing, and tries to help with the expensive meds.
Dr Sun is very caring and the effective medications to resolve the lung infection i have been battling for the last 5 months and 2 hospitalizations.
I felt rushed when talking with Dr. Sun. Even with my hearing aids, I had trouble understanding him and had to keep asking him to repeat what he said.

I was all set up & waiting for the video call as instructed but got a phone call instead. The doctor speaks very fast & I have a very hard time understanding him. When he does ask a question I don’t get enough time to really process what he says before he expects an answer.

Dr Sun is one of the Best doctors you have. He is a very caring man and you can tell his office works flawlessly. That means the nurses and stuff like him. And it shows in the way they treat us as patients. Thats how you can tell he is fine doctor and a wonderful staff.
Dr. Sun know my family history with lung diseases. I am confident in his knowledge of the mist updated meds, lubg conditions, treatments, and of his caring ways with me. I had Covid19 Double Pneumonia and was hospitalized for 5 days. It left me with lung issues and that can be very scary. He takes that all into consideration and treats me accordingly and with genuine concern for my well being.
Said it allin questions that you asked.
It isn’t easy to describe an experience approaching perfection. He made it possible to track a significant problem and that allowed me to intervene with excellent results in the end.

Dr. Sun explained several thing that I was not aware of so that I understood the importance of using my CPAP, and inhaler.
Very happy to finally meet Dr. Sun, he is great. I wish to see him more often in my appointments.
He is a new provider for me, my other DR left the practice during the pandemic, Dr. Sun went above and beyond and am glad to have him for my new pulmonologist.
Arranging for a pet scan was very difficult, because only one location does this test. This was not caused by Pulmonary Health, but the imaging service providing the procedure.

The provider talk to you like your stupid constanley correcting you he listens to you but its hos way he needs morning appt because towards the end of the day he needs something to calm him down cause hes in a rush had me agitated by the time i left
Maybe I just don't understand him when he talks but he acts like I'm a new patient every single time I go there. He asks me about every medication when it was on a list he has already and marked I'm still taking it. I don't know I just don't care for him.

I'm not sure why I still had this telehealth visit as it was supposed to be to go over my Sleep Study results, but my sleep study was rescheduled. So pretty much, he just found out that I liked the implant so far. Thinking the appt shouldn't have happened yet.
