The practice is overcrowded and communication by telephone very difficult; the patient portal is not much better. The practice is useless for acute conditions. In 2023 I suspected cancer and it took 8 weeks to get a diagnosis--the system seems designed to prevent patients from getting care.

i have no issues with my provider and the excellent care he provides. my problem with this office is that they pack in too many appointments overlapping. I arrive early, and nurse tells me at triage that i have a few minutes as doctor still has 3 patients to see me. THe office needs to stop overlapping so many patients. I work full time. I cannot wait 45 minutes to see my doctor on scheduled appointment.

Always great experience. I could not get a follow up appointment for Dr.Dibbles requested timeline. The was no staffing available at the time of check out to make a future appointment. I took it upon myself to go to another suite to make the appointment but was unsuccessful for a time and was told a nurse from my provider would call me to arrange it. No one had call so I called into St.Joes Physicians to try again only to be told someone would get back to me but nothing yet. As of now I do not have a 3-4 month appointment only offered 5 plus month availability.
Only thing that I didn't care for was the waiting time before Dr Dibble saw me.

There is a great improvement with response time and turn around time. While the Doc can't always direct the admin staff, the fact that there are changes and improvements is readily seen by the ability of the DOC to spend more time with patients and less time on admin issues. Very good and well-improved.

Appt was 9:45 and didn’t get out until 11:00. The waiting is ridiculous, it’s bad enough waiting in waiting room, but waiting another 45 minutes to be seen. I have things to do besides sitting there for him to tell me my labs are fine.
