the doctor was attentive all the time I was with him. He took his time. Never seemed in a hurry. He explained different option for my benefit. He was encouraging, upbeat and optimistic. He made me feel relaxed and comfortable about my issues. I think he could tell I was nervous and eased my fears.
Even when busy, took time to allay my fears, especially since anything heart related is scary.
