Dr Harris makes wonderful eye contact when speaking with me. He is professional, yet friendly. Dr Harris explains things clearly and always asks if I have any questions. I know I am one of many patients he sees, but I feel that I am man individual, and not a number, in his care. Thank you!
Maybe It is because of my white hair, but he spent no more than 5 min. with me. This was after his NP (PA?) came into the room and asked me questions relating to what I was there for. The M.D. told me to get a hearing test, diagnose me and then probably do some exercises with me. If he鈥檇 read the part of my medical record re: why I was referred to th practice he would have known I had 6 months of PT and that and a series of 鈥渆xercises becauseI had crystals in my vestibular system. As he started to leave the room I asked him if I should have a follow-up appt. and he said yes but not until after the hearing test & whatever 鈥渆xercises's with me's.he said these should remedy my problem ( that was not remedied in my problem as I explained previously in this missive). Needless to say, my experience was very unsatisfactory.
I will not be back I will live with my hearing loss
I have complete trust with Dr. Harris. He鈥檚 professional, and really takes the time needed to go over concerns and answer questions.
Dr was fine, other than being 45+ minutes behind appt time.

The referral was made and he apt was over 3 months away when I called to see about a cancellation list the first person o talked to was helpful and told me I could call back and check daily. The next time I called the person told me there was no cancellation list.
Dr Harris went above and beyond to make us comfortable and help understand the intervention needed. He was personable and helpful. I felt comfortable talking with him and expressing my concerns.

Took a long time to get in. That鈥檚 the only complaint
He explained to me and my 6 year old in ways we鈥檇 understand in a respectful way. I didn鈥檛 quite even understand what was going on and the nurses and doctor that we saw did not make me feel embarrassed at all. I truly trust them with my child.
Has cared for me for 10 years havr referred other people from Binghamton to him he is the BEST!!

We would find it more appropriate if someone is to change your appointment to notify the patient in advance.
Dr. Harris enter the exam room more than two hours after the scheduled appointment time.

Dr, Tucker Harris was with me for about 5 mins. as I saw him a yea ago and was not happy with him and was trying to see another ENT but my Primary said I would not need another script as I saw Tucker Harris last year and to see him this year. It was terrible as my main concern was my lack of smell and taste for about 2 1/2 yrs. He came in with 3 other gentlemen and I told him my concern, he was so rude, he said you will NEVER have your smell and taste back, I started to tear up and he told one of the young men to get me a tissue. I got the tissue and left immediately! I sat in my car to calm down before I could drive home. He should not be paid for my visit as I was with him for 5 mins. and I wonder how the other young gentlemen felt if they were learning the practice to treat ne as a patient like that. I would never see him again or reccomend him to anyone!!!! I am glad you sent me this so I could comment because I was going to check to find out who I could speak to about this, no bedside manner at all with this ENT!!!

Dr Harris was very knowledgeable
Dr. Harris goes above and beyond for his patients. He included my daughter by allowing her to look theough the otoscope so she was able to see her brother's ear tube and that made her day! It's hard to find a doctor who is both highly skilled and has bedside manner and Dr. Harris checks both of the boxes.

He was very professional and explained things well. Spent time answering all of my questions.
The visit was wonderful except for the 1+ hour wait to see the dr. I was taken in to the examining room quickly, but had to wait 1+hrs to see the dr.

Everyone, including reception was kind and courteous. A top notch office. I feel very comfortable with my child having surgery under this physicians care.
It appears that you may need to book less appointments to reduce waiting time
Dr. Harris was very kind and listened to me about my ear /throat problems
My children felt comfortable in the office and especially loved the prize box at the end
