The referral was made and he apt was over 3 months away when I called to see about a cancellation list the first person o talked to was helpful and told me I could call back and check daily. The next time I called the person told me there was no cancellation list.
Dr Harris went above and beyond to make us comfortable and help understand the intervention needed. He was personable and helpful. I felt comfortable talking with him and expressing my concerns.
I was very pleased with Dr Harris he explained everything so I understand it.

Dr, Tucker Harris was with me for about 5 mins. as I saw him a yea ago and was not happy with him and was trying to see another ENT but my Primary said I would not need another script as I saw Tucker Harris last year and to see him this year. It was terrible as my main concern was my lack of smell and taste for about 2 1/2 yrs. He came in with 3 other gentlemen and I told him my concern, he was so rude, he said you will NEVER have your smell and taste back, I started to tear up and he told one of the young men to get me a tissue. I got the tissue and left immediately! I sat in my car to calm down before I could drive home. He should not be paid for my visit as I was with him for 5 mins. and I wonder how the other young gentlemen felt if they were learning the practice to treat ne as a patient like that. I would never see him again or reccomend him to anyone!!!! I am glad you sent me this so I could comment because I was going to check to find out who I could speak to about this, no bedside manner at all with this ENT!!!

Dr Harris was very knowledgeable
Dr. Harris goes above and beyond for his patients. He included my daughter by allowing her to look theough the otoscope so she was able to see her brother's ear tube and that made her day! It's hard to find a doctor who is both highly skilled and has bedside manner and Dr. Harris checks both of the boxes.

The visit was wonderful except for the 1+ hour wait to see the dr. I was taken in to the examining room quickly, but had to wait 1+hrs to see the dr.

Dr Harris was very informative and answered all our questions. He spent as much time as was necessary for us and did not rush things.
The doc was wonderful, however the lobby waiting room is not acceptable. There is far too many people crammed into a small space.
The wait was about 70 minutes.

I thought he was just super compassionate, and was gentle with his exam. I felt that he provided a very knowledgeable explanation that both my husband and I could understand.

Was taken to his offuce itself on time. Waited an hour to actually see him. Only to spend 5 minted fior a letter. I am more upset about the wait time. Anf while they don't have to explain should have respected me enough after waiting an half an hour to say something. Other than me searching them out.
I just wish he had been more prepared since I went out of my way to drive all the way from school for this appointment, only to hear that he doesn’t know yet what to do to help me, or explaining that I could just “live with� my problems.

This doctor made me want to get a second opinion. I felt confused, shocked and let down after this appointment, rather than feel relief at having a diagnosis I could understand or agree with. The notes this doctor provided after the appointment also seemed fabricated, as he never performed 98% of the exam he said he did.
