I鈥檓 not sure who is supposed to get the prescriptions sent in/phoned in, but at this time and previous visit, I鈥檝e had to chase up that prescription by physically going into the Health Center to get it sent in. The portal SHOULD allow me to message, but it does not and there are no links (of 5 options) to let me speak to someone about this type of issue when I call in
