I’m not sure who is supposed to get the prescriptions sent in/phoned in, but at this time and previous visit, I’ve had to chase up that prescription by physically going into the Health Center to get it sent in. The portal SHOULD allow me to message, but it does not and there are no links (of 5 options) to let me speak to someone about this type of issue when I call in

They don't book that far out, when they finally say ok make your appointment they are all booked up.
My only negative feedback about the this provider is the lack of availability. When sick there is almost Zero to no chance to be seen. The alternative before was I was seen by my old doctor when I was needed but rushed out with no peace of mind so understand the dilemma but somewhere in the middle would be nice

Dr Planer is a wonderful person, however something in his department always goes wrong. Lack of communication and a huge oversight.
Initial contact seemed to be "cut-and-dried", fitting THEIR needs ,rather than mine.

Provider listens well and is NOT in a hurry. He is very intelligent and skilled at teaching his patients properly. He uses stories to emphasize his points so that i can remember the facts he is conveying!
