He is a wonderful, caring, doctor. He makes me fell like family. The management of calls and responses to messages on portal are a huge problem. I believe ther needs to be better management of office, more staff to take calls, and patient portal needs to be used by staff.

I have a Brain MRI and then a doctors appointment after for results. They schedule them wisely so there is not much waiting. I live 3 hours north.
