This was a telephone visit, hard to travel out to Janus Park, we need a pulmonary office in SJ Camillus location. It would really be helpful for those who live in the western suburbs.

He NEVER has a smile on his face and he's always in a hurry to get out of the exam room. If you have a question you better hurry up because he really doesn't have time for you. He thinks he's superior and is rather short with you.

Difficult to provide feedback on this provider or any provider when you have an audio appointment.However, when a patient is home bound I am just thankful for an appointment to take place.

Dr Flintrop has patience and let me ask my questions ..explained things so i could understand..rest of staff, not so much ! One female, didn't catch her name, on front desk phone answer, could not be bothered to look up prescription Rite Aid was having trouble getting refilled for me when I called to straighten out .
Good patient and doctor relationship.
He should only send refills when you tell him to. Sent refill to express scrips once when was not supposed to and it was a very expensive inhaler. I was not happy.
