No problem with the provider, I brought her here because I have been with her since I was 18 and love her. The last time we had a WCC the wait was excessive, and I had an appointment myself and also waited an hour to be seen that day when I arrived on time so anticipated this may happen again, however it does not make it okay to be waiting with a child for excessive amounts of time. You are charged for being late and potentially kicked out of the practice so the amount of time spent waiting should have to be minimized as well. I feel bad even saying anything because I truly love my provider but it has gotten out of control to go to an appointment. You need to plan a few hours out of the day if you want an appointment which is very unfortunate and inconvenient.
