The admin person we first met with to get us checked in was wonderful and kind. The nurses were so nice playing with my son as they went back. The treasure hunt is/was a thoughtful idea.

Really drill into staff that if they say they are going to do something by a certain time, commit to that. If it’s a possibility it could get busy and they can’t get back. Let them know they need to communicate that at the initial conversation. Thank you !

Dr listened, not all do that
Only problem was staff(I front know who) did not follow through in making an endoscopy appt . Said they were waiting for insurance approval but they never got back to me as a turned out Dr. Marzouk thought that maybe I didn’t need it after all.
My appointment was a very pleasurable experience.

I know how busy the practice is, felt like wait time was much longer than actual visit. Felt a little rushed and thought of questions once I left.. otherwise it was great though and Doctor Marzouk made my daughter feel very comfortable which was one of my main concern

They were patient and kind
It’s difficult to get through on the phone. Person at the desk was not helpful giving direction where the office is. Now that I’ve been there it’s ok, but for a first time patient, especially someone from out of town, good directions would be a big help. Love Dr Marzouk!!
The only feedback I would have is that I wasn’t warned how painful the incision site would be after the numbing medicine wore off. I ended up buying numbing stuff, extra strength Tylenol, and calling into work! It worked out, but a dose of ibuprofen (or something stronger) before I left would have been nice!

When we were prepped for the doctor my son should not have been sprayed with lidocaine when on the doctors assessment the procedure they prepped him for was not even needed. Unnecessary trauma caused as he cried during that process.

They're very knowledgeable and we drive an hour from where we live to be seen by them.
My child loved her doctor. They were even thoughtful and considerate of her little brother! During visits he got stickers/tattoos and after her surgery they gave her goodies to bring home to him as well!

Dr Marzouk was condescending and abrupt. Though she may have known "her stuff" she was not at all concerned about explaining the situation or options for me.

They seem to really care about the patients and take time to answer your questions and really listen to what you have to say
The nurse that did my patient history information needs to be recognized. She was incredible at making conversation and making me feel comfortable. It was obvious she cared. She was a 40s or 50s blonde.

Was not seen until over 30 minutes later than scheduled appointment time. This creates difficulties when patients have other obligations.
My main issue is the visit was short, about 10 minutes, while the waiting was long, about 60 minutes.
Everyone was for caring for my health
I’m just overall satisfied with the care that my child receives from her provider & she is as well & wouldn’t change a thing or have it any other way.
