Appointment felt rushed
Dr Marzouk is a teaching Dr. and 3 individuals came into the room with her. I was a bit distracted by this and forgot every question I had. I wasn鈥檛 warned that the process of taking out the packing in my nose would be so painful. I wondered if nurse used enough stuff to numb my nostrils. I was in quite a bit of pain.
Some patients may not be comfortable with multiple med students in the exam room
I have no complaints with Dr Marzouk other than the fact she has to run things in my nose. Very unpleasant
The nurse was very polite and thorough and took her time to listen and understand me.
Doctors took time to listen and took what I needed for my child in to consideration not told me no he does not need that .

The admin person we first met with to get us checked in was wonderful and kind. The nurses were so nice playing with my son as they went back. The treasure hunt is/was a thoughtful idea.

Really drill into staff that if they say they are going to do something by a certain time, commit to that. If It is a possibility it could get busy and they can鈥檛 get back. Let them know they need to communicate that at the initial conversation. Thank you !

Dr listened, not all do that
Only problem was staff(I front know who) did not follow through in making an endoscopy appt . Said they were waiting for insurance approval but they never got back to me as a turned out Dr. Marzouk thought that maybe I didn鈥檛 need it after all.
