The medication switch wasn鈥檛 explained as clearly as it should have. And I asked a question concerning the seriousness of the diagnosis, however, that wasn鈥檛 clear either. Lastly, I asked if it could contribute to the discomfort in my arm and that definitely wasn鈥檛 addressed as it should have been.
