Can't say enough about Dr McNany. She is very knowledgeable, but more importantly, she knows what she doesn't know. This is the one most important attribute of a physician.

I am thankful to have Dr. McNanny taking care of my self and my family. She has helped us all on array of health and mental health. My whole family respect her and feel very comfortable with her. If there is anyway Trynity and Excellus could work out an agreement it would put my mind at ease. To switch providers absolutely breaks me. Especially right now when my family needs help now. I am hoping this can be resolved. We have all relied on everyone鈥檚 care that we have received over the years.

I consider Dr.McNany to be the ideal family physician. She's very competent across a wide area of issues, explains things clearly, shows genuine concern in me as a person not simply a "patient" and refers to specialists when appropriate.
Dr. McNany always is courteous, informative, friendly. She asks several times if there are any questions, any parts of the exam I am unsure about. She explains what her recommendations are and why she is making them. She seems to genuinely care about me.
