The facility itself needs serious updating. The exam room and the public bathrooms in the front lobby area appear to be unclean and not well maintained.

Everyone was great
I was stressed out and suffering from heavy anxiety as a result of my condition. The staff was excellent in making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was probably rude and difficult at first, but the staff never let my actions influence how they treated me. They were so nice and were excellent at helping me relax and feel comfortable in a normally very uncomfortable situation for me. I cannot thank them enough.
Dr. Kumar has always been very caring & compassionate towards me as a patient! He did my gall bladder 11 years ago & was exactly the same towards me 11 years later for my herniated belly button! Always very professional & kind!

Dr. Sivakumar did not try to persuade me to have surgery but instead explained my options and is willing to do a yearly follow up appointment to monitor my condition. I felt very relaxed with him and with his doctor in training.

I think perhaps Dr. Kumar could have shown me the CT scan photos and explained more clearly where the bowels are looping in the hernia and more about the actual surgery that could be done if I had I chosen to do the surgery. rgy
