I had to advocate a lot. Was told I should get a cardioversion in June. Didn't happen until November.
I only interacted with Dr Al-Mudamgha not any other staff member.
Would not hesitate if needed to return
I felt rushed last few times. Feel like I'm bothering provider with my questions - feel like time is ticking soon as she walks in. I understand time frames however my symptoms are no better. Prescribing meds she knows nothing about. Says will have infusionist call to discuss. Provider should know about meds she's prescribing.
I trust Ali with my life. I respect him as a provider and as a person.

This person I had gave me a new medtronic device and told me I would receive a prepaid package to send back my old unit. As of November 8, 2022, I have received nothing. I send a message through the portal approximately 2 months ago and still have had no response. I am due for a reading next week from my home. I still have the unit sitting on my nightstand. I guess I will have to move it and put the other one in its place. If you can help me get them to send me what I need to send back the old unit, I would be very grateful.
It is likely I will have my pacemaker replaced by this provider.
