The only unpleasant aspect of this event was reciving a call to say i would be contacted for the 10am call at 9:45. I recieved a call at 9:15 that i was unable to pick up. At 10am iI contacted the office and was eventually told they had been trying to reach me every 15 minutes after the first call. I did not recieve any calls in that time period, nor did I have any voicemails that the individual claimed to have left. Once i did speak to Dr. Simon it was a very good experience.

I like the Dr and practice, but you cannot provide true medical care virtually. I need to see a provider in person.
