My concerns were not addressed, mentioned that I had fallen 3 times last month, never even asked why. Tried to explain anxiety issues, at least prescribed what I needed but only 15 days worth, not even a month. Had chest pains and rapid heart rate when arriving, never did anything about it. Left disgusted avee meds for 15 daysue
This last visit was the best yet as far as exhibiting empathy and listening to my concerns-this has not always been my experience though.
I interacted with 4 staff when i was there. Personality wise, the office went 0 for 4

She has a horrible bed side manner. She comes in, leans on the counter with her back. Talks down to you. I dont think she has a caring bone in her body and I wont be seeing her again.

Since my last visit I had been treated for melanoma, how about inquiring about it?? How about asking or suggesting inoculations I should have or have had. I had inquired about a pneumatic shot but I forgot to ask about it. Really felt no interest in me at all. Sorry??!!

I was asked 4 times which foot was hurting.
She was checking my breathing and heartbeat and asked who was my heart doctor? She said the her heard a a heart murmur and took a couple of ekg readings. No details or explanation of her results reasoning for referral. She was referring to a heart doctor who would call to set appointment.

Both the nurse and doctor used their skills and expertise to the fullest to truly listen to me and offer viable solutions to all the issues i am dealing with.

Dr. W needs training on bedside manner with her patients. She comes off as very inappropriate and unprofessional with her patients. Clearly has an issue with working with other providers who her patients are in the care of.

This was my first time with this provider and it was very good.
She was very friendly and made sure I understood everything I needed to know
Spent more time with her nurse than I did with the doctor
She really did not do anything. I was brought in for pre-op clearance. I already had my ekg and blood work done with other providers and she felt there really was nothing to do. Plus i have never seen her before so she really didn't know me.
I was satisfied with my provider and staff, however, I was extremely unhappy about Trinity Health will no longer accept my AARP United HealthCare supplemental insurance, this will cause me a lot of inconvenience.
I would not recommend her personally but other providers I experience was very helpful
Hopefully for I can continue working with her for the near future because I do trust her work on me alot.

My provider said because I have a Android phone she could not join my video call. Wrong answer I spoke to her last year on my android phone. I also spoke to video help desk who told me the phone is not the issue.

The doctor and nurses are fine. Te problem is getting TO them. Prescription refills are GLACIAL.

Dr W has been extremely kind and sitting and talking to me and asking me things that are relevant to my situation. Her bedside manner and demeanor were very cold. It was more so like an inconvenience that I was even there. Again I work in healthcare and I know that it’s not easy but I also don’t go to the doctors unless I’m to the point where I’ve tried everything else.
I am in recovery for an eating disorder, so per my recovery team I am not to discuss weight or dieting. I made this very clear when I became a patient. Yet every time I go, I get told to go on a diet. Very frustrating.
When Dr. W came in to 'assess' the area, she didn't feel the equal side on my other hand, told me I needed an ultrasound and then go to see Dr. Murphy (didn't explain who Dr. Murphy was or what would happen if I needed to go see him/her). Then she walked me out the door.

I have not exaggerated. This was the worst Dr. Visit I have had in my 70 years. The doctor was Agata Wojtasiewicz, which was auto corrected out of the first page.
I feel like we have really developed a trusted bond and that I can reach out to the practice at any time with a question or concern. I appreciate that very much.

Whoever this woman is you hired to take over Dr Finger, no way. She spent 2 min in my room. I still have a cough from the flu. Post nasal drip. She was checking my lungs. My cough is not from my lungs. She wanted me to drink water instead of meds. I got the flu prior to thanksgiving. She was curt. Rude. The nurse spent 20 min with me. She spent 3. I will never return to see her. I will find a new pcp.

As a recent college grad dealing with his first full time job, move away from home, and setup of new doctors and transfering information from NY to NJ, the lack of explanation of my rights, options, and ability to listen carefully to my concerns made this a very stressful and uncomfortable experience.
I've been seeing Dr. W since 2016. I didn't always feel good about seeing her, but in the last few years, she's really taken the time to listen to my concerns and become a better provider for me.

This provider has seen me for a few years and every visit seems more rushed than the previous. There's no bedside manner and I have to pry for any info regarding plan of treatment
