Love that you offered a lot of services, including having blood drawn right there a eye exam making it so much easier so you don鈥檛 have to go to all these different appointments.

Overall, I like this office and the Doctor, however, I'd prefer more time spent with the doctor and more concern for issues I want to discuss.

My concerns were not addressed, mentioned that I had fallen 3 times last month, never even asked why. Tried to explain anxiety issues, at least prescribed what I needed but only 15 days worth, not even a month. Had chest pains and rapid heart rate when arriving, never did anything about it. Left disgusted avee meds for 15 daysue
This last visit was the best yet as far as exhibiting empathy and listening to my concerns-this has not always been my experience though.
I interacted with 4 staff when i was there. Personality wise, the office went 0 for 4

The Dr. Didn't even physically look at me.
She has a horrible bed side manner. She comes in, leans on the counter with her back. Talks down to you. I dont think she has a caring bone in her body and I wont be seeing her again.
She didn鈥檛 listen, me having to repeat myself many times for her to repeat the same thing back. Again all else is in the messages

Since my last visit I had been treated for melanoma, how about inquiring about it?? How about asking or suggesting inoculations I should have or have had. I had inquired about a pneumatic shot but I forgot to ask about it. Really felt no interest in me at all. Sorry??!!
