Some people might get bothered by the amount of time you are there. They shouldn鈥檛 be. When you leave you are 100% prepared. You can tell that everyone enjoys their jobs and truly cares. I鈥檝e seen plenty that didn鈥檛. You are all the best

My only negative would be that I waited 90 minutes. My appt was 130 and the doctor came in at 3pm
I was there for a carotid concern, but the two nurses that were checking me in noticed my swollen leg and redirected their attention to that. the doctor agreed and ordered an ultrasound of it to check for blood clots.
I had to wait two hours to see the doctor!!!
I have already explained in an earlier survey that getting in to see the doctor was my major complaint. I never received a phone cal though I called and was told to call back in a week. I鈥檓 anxious to get this issue behind me so I can begin walking and exercising)and Ilivi
Good experience as usual, but, quite a long wait from the time the techs were done till the time I saw the doctor.
The only negative would be the amount of time waiting, I arrived at 12:45pm and disn't see the doctor til 1:35. The visit before I waited more than one hour and was told itnwould be at least another hours' wait. So I rescheduled
Thank you you are so much better than them other hospitals especially Auburn NY hospital where I was abused when I was admitted for sepsis.

A receptionist announced on the waiting room that the doctor was running late. We were advised we could t or reschedule. I waited and about 15 minutes later I was called in. The nurse and doctor both apologized for the delay.

The only issue I had was when the woman came in to redress my sutures and never put on gloves or washed up and used her hands on my dressing stuff. I said something to her about it and I asked for new dressing but she handed me what she touched so I refolded it myself so the area she touched wasn't near my stitches. I wasn't happy that she didn't wear gloves when touching dressing that was to cover my sutures. I fear infection
