I am a PHD chemist, when a practitioner cannot explain something to me in a way that is understandable then they don’t know what they themselves don’t know what they are talking about. Overall I left this appointment irritated and not knowing if I have a heart condition or not.

Staff is overburdened with cumbersome IT. Trinity replaced the IT system of St Joseph's and it has become a detriment to patient care. Staff has had this system for months but the interface obviously is very poorly designed. Patient information.

We like him a lot. We often feel rushed out of the office and at this appointment I felt it ended abruptly and without all of my questions/concerns being addressed. I often thing maybe there are things being missed when evaluating my children but I don’t know if that’s true or not.
I would be hard pressed to find comparable care.

Very pleased with Dr., not happy with comments made to us as patients. Felt it was rude and office staff does not respond in a timely fashion. Then we as a patient is told we call to much!!! Just was not a happy person when left office and we waited for alimony 3 hrs. Or over all time there.
As I said all was great with the Doctor but he is way over booked for time. An hour and a half wait is not acceptable .

Provider would spend as much time as he could but I understand the constraints placed on them requiring maximizing number of patients seen per day.
